#ElSalvador 🇸🇻 #BDS_AlertaLaboral: CONAPINA Establishes Amounts Employers Can Provide to Employees for CAPI Services
At the end of last year, a reform to the Crecer Juntos Act allowed for the creation of a new complementary modality to fulfill the employer's obligation to have an Early Childhood Care Center (CAPI in Spanish) in place. Through this modality, employers can pay the average cost of CAPI services via a fee equivalent to the monthly tuition of the centers chosen by the employees for their children's care.
