#DominicanRepublic 🇩🇴 #BDS_LaborAlert: Ministry of Labor Extends Deadline for Registration of the Permanent Personnel Payroll

The Ministry of Labor has recently informed employers that the deadline to complete the registration process for the Permanent Personnel Payroll (Form DGT-3) has been extended to January 31. This extension aims to ensure compliance with Article 15 of Regulation 258-93, which enforces the Labor Code.

The Ministry emphasizes that during this extension process, it is essential to update the company and establishment information to properly complete the registration in the system.

Once the extension period has expired, Labor Inspectors will be authorized to issue violation reports against employers who fail to comply with the registration requirements.
