The new mechanism, which employs **biometric technology**, ensures that ARS transfers are carried out efficiently while safeguarding the authenticity of individuals’ identities and fully respecting their right to free choice. Additionally, a key feature of this system is the ability to unify family groups, allowing all household members to be **enrolled in the same ARS.** To formalize the implementation, SISALRIL issued a resolution requiring that all ARS transfers be conducted **exclusively** through this **digital platform**. Before its full adoption, the system was presented and tested in collaboration with various Health Risk Administrators to ensure its functionality and adaptability.
