#DominicanRepublic 🇩🇴 #BDS_Informs: Ministry of Labor Reminds Employers That Payroll Data Can Be Updated Through the Virtual Office

The Ministry of Labor reminded employers that the data corresponding to the fixed staff payroll (Form DGT-3) may be registered and updated digitally through the Institutional Virtual Office (OVI in Spanish).

This tool facilitates compliance with labor and administrative obligations without requiring physical visits. Through the platform, employers may:

  • Register new companies or employers.
  • Register payrolls using the corresponding labor forms.
  • Report information related to the elements of workers’ employment contracts.
  • Submit correspondence digitally to the Ministry of Labor.

Proper and timely use of the OVI ensures information remains current and reduces the risk of administrative sanctions.

For more details on how the Institutional Virtual Office operates and to access the platform, please visit the official site: https://ovi.mt.gob.do
