 The Private Contributions Regime (RAP) has established the 2026 calendar for the payment of contributions and the reporting of payroll modifications, which must be complied with on a monthly basis within the deadlines set by the institution.

Employer Obligations

During each monthly period, employers must:

  • Make the payment of contributions to the RAP within the established deadline.
  • Timely report payroll modifications, including:
  • Hiring or termination of employees.
  • Salary changes.
  • Variations in working conditions that affect the contribution base.
  • Maintain updated labor information as reported.

Timely compliance with these obligations is essential to avoid surcharges, administrative fines, or contingencies in labor and social security matters.
