After reviewing the proposals from the involved sectors, a **2.37%** increase was set for all wage categories. Additionally, differentiated adjustments will be granted to domestic workers (an additional 2.33%) and, due to the standardization process, to the Monthly Specialized work category (0.55%). According to the agreement established by the National Wage Council (CNS), the increase will take effect on January 1, 2025. For any inquiries, please contact us.
