A bill intended to discuss the issue of Monday holidays was published yesterday.

Upon its approval by the relevant Commission, this bill would be submitted to plenary session for further discussion and voting in first and second debate. Then, the President’s enactment of the bill would be effective following its publication in the Official Gazette.

There are altered and cut off images circulating in social media and WhatsApp which try to appear as if the bill has been already approved. To date, however, we confirm that this is merely an initiative under discussion and has not yet been approved.
