An Executive Decree was published in which the Ministry of Labor clarifies the possibility for employers to temporarily interrupt the suspension of employment contracts during workplace closing and opening phases. Therefore, employers may have workers suspended during the closing phase, but then subsequently request for this measure to be temporarily interrupted during the opening phase, and then during the new closing phase proceed to request that the contract suspension become effective again.
