For the year 2025, the minimum wages of Honduran workers will undergo a new adjustment pursuant to Executive Agreement No. SETRASS-109-2024, published in Official Gazette No. 36491 on March 21, 2024.
This Agreement formalizes the adjustment to wages negotiated by the Commission for Setting Minimum Wage Adjustments, aiming to improve workers' living conditions in line with the country's economic reality. It also seeks to enhance national competitiveness to achieve higher levels of economic growth and a sustainable increase in formal employment.
The adjustment percentages for minimum wages based on the number of employees are outlined in the following table:
