#ElSalvador 🇸🇻 #APriori_Reports: Legislators Approve the "Special Transitory Law for Voluntary Compliance with Tax and Customs Obligations"

The Legislative Assembly has approved a new tax amnesty, allowing delinquent taxpayers a second chance to settle their debts with the Ministry of Finance without incurring penalties.

This transitory law will be in effect until November 1, 2024, and includes the waiver of fines, interest, and surcharges resulting from unpaid taxes.

The exceptions to this tax amnesty include taxpayers with court rulings on specific tax liabilities.
