Through Executive Decree No. 7 of July 13, 2023, the Ministry of Labor regulated the Work Permit for Migrant Workers under the Temporary Protection Permit Status.

Only immigrants who are in an irregular condition in the country and who have pre-registered with the National Immigration Service can apply for this work permit.

The work permit is issued only once, for a period of two years and will not be subject to extensions.
