Additionally, the bill sets forth the **obligations for each party:** - If the employer requests or demands remote work abroad, they must provide the necessary tools and insurance coverage. - If this modality is proposed by the employee, any costs related to equipment and extraterritorial occupational risk coverage must be borne, in whole or in part, by the employee.
