Additionally, it must be reminded that RAP has established a **grace period** for **companies that are not registered or have failed to comply with their obligations**, allowing them to bring their status into compliance under special conditions, as previously noted in [**our prior alert.**](https://publicaciones.bdsasesores.com/en-us/blog/rap-promotes-business-regularization-to-expand-worker-protection?hsLang=en-us) In light of the above, we recommend that all companies: - Verify that they are properly registered with RAP. - Confirm that all eligible employees are duly registered. - Ensure that contribution payroll records are up to date and properly filed. - Take advantage of the current grace period to rectify any omissions or non-compliance. Failure to comply with these obligations may result in findings, corrective actions, and even **administrative fines** imposed by the labor authority.
