This decision was made in response to a significant backlog of documents pending review, which has surged to approximately 300% of the National Registry’s normal processing capacity. Additionally, 78% of the companies required to comply with this obligation **have not yet completed the registration of their email address.** Directive DPJ-001-2026 was published on May 28, 2026, in Official Gazette No. 97.
