These changes will not apply during migratory entry procedures through land and inland water transportation.   It should be noted that the DGME will make available a secure, reliable, and accessible database for users through the institution’s website, allowing for the consultation of migratory records and movements from anywhere in the world (entry and exit movements to and from the country); this may be performed by submitting a migratory movement consultation request or a certification, where required.
