The Ministry of Labor has recently informed employers that the deadline to complete the registration process for the **Permanent Personnel Payroll (Form DGT-3)** **has been extended to January 31.** This extension aims to ensure compliance with Article 15 of Regulation 258-93, which enforces the Labor Code.

The Ministry emphasizes that during this extension process, it is **essential** to update the company and establishment information to properly complete the registration in the system.

Once the extension period has expired, Labor Inspectors will be authorized to issue **violation reports** against employers who fail to comply with the registration requirements.
