Business entities incorporated in Costa Rica are required to file the annual Transparency and Ultimate Beneficial Owners Registry (RTBF) statement form for the 2026 reporting period.
This filing must be completed during April through the Central Directo platform of the Central Bank of Costa Rica.
The statement form must be submitted by a representative with valid signing authority and a certified digital signature, or by a third party duly authorized via a registered power of attorney.
